After the choice of the Morse (i.e., solvable) potential, the
Dirac's radial equation (in a specific form reducible to the single
Schroedinger-type equation) is considered in its approximate version
(due to Pekeris, from 1934). Then it is solved numerically, using
the iterative method of ref. [16]. The available results of ref.
[12] are reproduced and their minor error is detected and corrected.
